Divella

The F. Divella SpA is an international Italian food manufacturers. Produced, based in Rutigliano in the province of Bari family and sells under the brand Divella mainly pasta, peeled tomatoes, tomato sauces, baked goods, legumes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, flour, polenta, rice and couscous. Divella employs 250 people and generated 2002 sales of 132 million euros.

The now managed by the fourth generation company was founded in 1890 by Francesco Divella. This gave to his previous position as a flour and grain merchant and opened in Rutigliano first a mill to process wheat and 1905 an operation for the production of pasta, which has been gradually increasing over time. From the 1970s onwards the range has been on other products, and in particular specialties of Italian cuisine, expanded.
