DJK Agon 08 Düsseldorf

The DJK Agon 08 Mörsenbroicher SV eV is a sports club from Dusseldorf - Moersenbroich. The abbreviation stands for DJK German youth force, see DJK sports association.

The basketball department of the Ladies is one of twelve won the German Championships ( 1975, 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1990, 1991) and six recovered DBB Cups (1980, 1981, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1988) and two second places in the European Cup of Champions (1983, 1986) the most successful clubs in Germany. The most successful period in their coached by Tony DiLeo team remained in national competitions ( league and cup ) 136 matches in a row unbeaten, so she was admitted to the German -language edition of the Guinness Book of World Records.
