Dmitri Parsky

Dmitri Pavlovich Parski (Russian: Дмитрий Павлович Парский, scientific transliteration Dmitri Pavlovich Parskij; * 17 Oktoberjul / October 29 1866greg near Tula, .. † December 20, 1921 in Moscow) was a Russian general.

Parski was around 1900 Location elder of Kostroma and commander of the 2nd Brigade of the 46th Infantry Division. After the Russian -Japanese war, he published several articles in which he called for military reforms.
