Dmitry Maltsev

Dmitri Olegovich Maltsev (Russian: Дмитрий Олегович Мальцев; * January 20, 1991 in Omsk, Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player standing since 2012 with Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Dmitry Maltsev began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of the HK Avangard Omsk. From there in 2005 he moved to the youth department of Lokomotiv Yaroslavl, for the second team, he was active from 2007 to 2009 in the third-class Perwaja league. Then the attacker played three years for the boys team Loko Yaroslavl in the multinational junior league Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja league. In parallel, he was for after the plane crash near Yaroslavl newly formed professional team of Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the 2011/12 season his debut in the Wysschaja Hockey League, the Russian second division. For the 2012/13 season he was a regular player for Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the Kontinental Hockey League played in parallel, however, continue in the Wysschaja Hockey League for the second team of locomotive.
