Homeboys is a city in the southernmost Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul. The city has approximately 25,000 inhabitants. It is located in the north of the conurbation of 55 kilometers from Porto Alegre and on the hilly southern edge of the Serra Gaúcha.

Homeboys is bordered ( clockwise starting in the north ) to Morro Reuter, Sapiranga Campo Bom, Novo Hamburgo and Ivoti.

The climate is subtropical with a mean annual temperature of 20 ° C. On the rainiest is July with about 157 mm / year on the driest April, with 97 mm / year.
