Domagnano

Domagnano is a comune ( Italian comune, sanmarinesisch castello ) of San Marino.

Geography

It has 3,256 inhabitants and an area of 6.62 km ².

Domagnano borders the municipalities of San Marino Faetano, Borgo Maggiore and Serravalle and the Italian municipality of Coriano ( Rimini Province ).

Among the districts (Italian Frazione, sanmarinesich Curazie ) include Fiorina and Torraccia.

History

The southern part of this village belonged since its foundation, the Republic of San Marino. The municipal area was extended in 1463 to Montelupo.
