Dominic Cooper

Dominic Cooper ( born June 2, 1978 in Greenwich, London ) is a British actor.

Biographical

Cooper was born and raised in Greenwich, London, the son of a kindergarten teacher. He attended the Thomas Tallis School in Kidbrooke, and trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, where in 2000 he graduated.

Prior to his role as Dakin in The History Boys - Learning for life in 2006 Cooper played rather insignificant supporting roles. This was followed by larger roles as the Sky in Mamma Mia! and the politician Charles Grey in The Duchess. In the Marvel film Captain America - The First Avenger (2011) Cooper played the scientist Howard Stark. In the following year he exhibited in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter the mentor of the main character, Henry Sturges, dar.
