Don Clark (psychologist)

Donald H. Clark ( born 1930 ) is an American author and psychologist.

Life

After leaving school, Donald H. Clark studied from 1948 to 1953 Psychology and reached the 1953 bachelor's degree from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. After Clark worked in the Medical Corps of the United States Army. In 1959 he earned his Ph.D. in psychology at Adelphi University in New York City. After Clark was a member of the faculty at Hunter College and the City University of New York in the 1960s. Opened in 1971 Clark own private practice in San Francisco, which he led until 2007. Clark was a member of the board of the Saybrook Institute and the Organization of Gay Rights Advocates, and a member of the American Psychological Association (APA).

As an author, Clark wrote several books on the subject of homosexuality and wrote as an author articles in specialist magazines such as Mothers ' Manual and Vector.
