Donkey jacket

A Donkey Jacket ( engl. donkey jacket ) is a buttoned jacket made of dark-colored wool felt, often with a plastic trim, rarely also of leather, over the shoulders. This stocking is usually the same color, but rarely also bright yellow or orange discontinued. Typically, the Donkey Jacket has two outside pockets.

It is a typical garment of British workers and is particularly often found in skinhead circles because of their relation to the Working Class. It is the Harrington and bomber jacket often worn as Psycho Billy and mods. The jackets come, among others, the brands Fred Perry, Lonsdale and Everlast.
