Dopravný podnik Bratislava

Dopravný podnik Bratislava, akciová spoločnosť, abbreviated DPB, literally Transport Company Bratislava AG, is a Slovak transport company based in Bratislava. It belongs to 100 percent of the city Bratislava and is apart of the railway companies, the only public transport operators in the Slovak capital.

The company was established in June 1898 under the Hungarian name Pozsonyi Villamossági RESZVENYTARSASAG.

The DPB operates the meter-gauge tram Bratislava ( eight lines), the trolleybus Bratislava (fourteen lines), 66 bus lines as well as a night bus with another 20 lines. The service area covers the whole of Bratislava and the small community Chorvátsky Grob in the Northeast and the Austrian municipalities Wolfsthal and Hainburg an der Donau.

As a single ticket short-term tickets are offered for a period of 15 to 60 minutes.
