Doriva

Dorival Júnior Guidoni or short Doriva ( born May 28, 1972 in Nhandeara ) is a former Brazilian football player and current coach.

Playing career

Association

Doriva won early in his career with the Sao Paulo his first title. In addition to the Copa Libertadores in 1993 also still the Supercopa Sudamericana and the World Cup was won in the same year. The following year, he won with his club in the Copa Conmebol. After a brief interlude at third division EC XV de Novembro Doriva moved to Atlético Mineiro, where he still in the first season won the state championship of Minas Gerais. During his successful time at Atletico Mineiro and FC Porto Doriva belonged between 1995 and 1998 also in the squad of the Brazilian national football team. Coaching career

2010 took over Doriva the fortunes of the Ituano FC. In August 2011 he was appointed as successor to Paulo Roberto Falcão head coach at SC Internacional Porto Alegre.
