Down II: A Bustle in Your Hedgerow is the second studio album by the American band Down. It was published in March 2002 by Elektra Records.

Formation and style

Since this is a supergroup in Down, the band members concentrated by NOLA back to their respective bands ( EyeHateGod, Corrosion of Conformity, Crowbar and Pantera ). Phil Anselmo, Pepper Keenan and Jimmy Bower found, however, from 1999 back together. Rex Brown had replaced Todd Strange on bass. The album was written and recorded according to the booklet within 28 days in the studio Nodferatu 's Lair 45 miles west of New Orleans. The album title comes from Stairway to Heaven by Led Zeppelin. Even the last piece, Landing on the Mountains of Meggido, has echoes of Led Zeppelin. With Stephanie Opal Weinstein can be heard in the song a guest singer.
