DRC Hannover

The German Rugby Club Hanover is a sports club in Hannover. The focus is in the sport of rugby union in which the club men's, women 's and youth teams operates.

Description

The DRC Hannover was founded in 1905 in Rickingen. Other departments in addition to the now playing in the 2nd Bundesliga Nord rugby department are aerobics and boules.

Achievements

The DRC Hannover won the men's rugby 7 times the German championship, the first time in 1988. Followed the championships in the years 1998-2002 and 2005.

The DRV Cup was won by the DRC in 2002, 2003 and 2006. The team won the North West European Cup in 1999.
