Dubai International City

Dubai International City is an emerging district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which will be spread over an area of ​​800 hectares in the region of Al Warsan. The plant is designed for a population of 120,000 inhabitants. The marketing name International City is to indicate that architectural bonds are to be drawn from certain cultures of the world in this project. The project was started in July 2002, the foundation stone was laid in February 2003. The first building was completed in July 2004, before the first residents moved in in September. In 2007, the project was completed.

The area was divided into different zones:
