Dudu of Akkad

Dudu was from about 2195 to 2174 BC, king of Akkad. Dudu took over the weakened since Šar of - kali - Sarri occurring Gutäereinfällen Empire and stabilized this. He could also perform some campaigns in the regions around Girsu Ummah and to Elam. From him several seal inscriptions and votive offerings have been found.
