Dumfriesshire (Scottish Parliament constituency)
Dumfriesshire is a constituency of the Scottish Parliament. It was introduced by the revision of constituencies in 2011 as one of nine constituencies the election Region South of Scotland. It covers large parts of the former constituency of Dumfries in Dumfries and Galloway Council Area, including the eastern part of the town of Dumfries. The constituency appoint a deputy.
