Durban International Film Festival

The Durban International Film Festival is a film festival held annually in the South African city of Durban. We present more than 300 annually South African, African and international films. Most of the films there have its premiere. During the festival, find workshops, panel discussions and seminars on various topics.

The organizer is the Centre For Creative Arts, University of KwaZulu -Natal. The main partners are the National Film and Video Foundation of the provincial government of KwaZulu-Natal ( Department of Economic Development and Tourism ), HIVOS, the city of Durban, the German Embassy, ​​the Goethe Institute and the Industrial Development Corporation.
