Durrant Brown

Durrant Brown ( born July 8, 1964) is a former Jamaican soccer player. His nickname was Tatty.

As a defensive player Durrant Brown was almost his entire footballing career active for FC Wadadah and was regarded at the time as one of the best defenders in the country. As a national team of Jamaica, he came in 107 international matches on two goals and participated in the World Cup in France in 1998 in part, the only previous World Cup appearance in Jamaica. After the World Cup in 1998, Durrant Brown was killed along with his teammates Theodore Whitmore and Stephen Malcolm in a car accident, with Brown possibly sustain serious injury and ended his career. Tragically, Whitmore and Malcolm came three years later in a serious car accident in which Stephen Malcolm died.
