E. E. Bell
Edward Earle Bell ( * December 27, 1955 ) is an American film and television actor.
Life
Bell became known in Germany is mainly through his portrayal of Bob Rooney in the income sitcom Married with Children, in which he plays a friend of Al Bundy and Treasurer of the Association NO MA'AM.
In the U.S. television channel Nickelodeon, he played beyond the recurring role of security guard Barney in the sketch show The Amanda Show.
Bell 's claims to mimic numerous dialects able and sings in the tenor voice.
Since May 1998 he has been a singer in the Irish-American folk band The Whooligans in Long Beach and plays guitar and banjo further.
