GSI Commerce, Inc. is a U.S. company headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1995 by Michael Rubin as Global Sports Inc. e-commerce company specializes in the development and operation of online shops for so-called brick and mortar brands and retailers and claims to have more than 500 customers, including Toys'R'Us, RadioShack, Dick 's Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, Ace Hardware or Timberland. In the first fiscal year GSI generated with 195 employees and generated sales of 5.5 million U.S. dollars. The first website went online on the afternoon of October 5.
