Ebewa-Yam Mimbala

Cédric Ebewa -Yam Mimbala ( born August 22, 1986 in Bonn) is a Congolese football player who also has the German nationality.

Career

Mimbala who usually plays as a central defender, but can also be used as a defensive midfielder, began his career at the 1 FC Cologne, for its youth teams he played from 1997 to 1999. In 1999 he moved to Bonner SC, but went after one year of its city rivals MSV Bonn. In 2002, he played one and a half years for the youth teams of PSI Yurdumspor Cologne. He then transferred to Alemannia Aachen, where he played until the summer of 2005 for the youth teams and then half a year for the second team. In the second half of the 2005/06 season he played sports for the Belgian second division KFC Dessel. For the 2006/07 season he returned to Germany and played one season for the SpVgg Bayern Hof. He then moved to SC Fortuna Köln, with whom he managed to qualify for the NRW-Liga in the 2007/ 08 season. For the season 2009/10 he went to the second team of FC Schalke 04, with whom he played in the Regionalliga West. In the first half of the 2010/11 season he played for Rot Weiss Ahlen. From the second half he wore the jersey of the SC Genemuiden in the third Dutch league. In April 2011, the SC Genemuiden was known, however, that Mimbala have left the club due to private problems already again. On August 18, 2011, SG Sonnenhof Großaspach announced the commitment of Mimbala for one season. On 23 December 2011, the SG Sonnenhof Großaspach announces that the Treaty of Mimbala was dissolved. In January 2012 he moved to the Rhineland-Palatinate Oberliga SV Rossbach / Verscheid. In the 2012/13 season he was initially at FC 08 Homburg under contract, but left the club back in August and in October 2012 signed a contract with VfR Mannheim until the end of the season. In the summer of 2013 he joined the regional league SVN Zweibrücken.
