The EC Bad Tölz is a German ice hockey club, whose first team played as Tolz Lions in the 2011/12 season in the hockey league and athletic qualified through the league title for the 2nd Bundesliga. The association, which was twice German champion in the 1960s, also has departments for inline hockey and figure skating.

History of Ice Hockey Department

The EC Bad Tolz was founded in 1928 and rose in 1951 to the then- major league, the Oberliga Süd, on. In the summer of 1958 the club one of the founding clubs of the ice hockey league was and this was on until the 1975/76 season. 1962 and 1966 the EC Bad Tölz reached while the German championship.

Coach

Inline Hockey

The EC Bad Tölz plays in the German Inline Hockey League ( Dihl ) of the German Ice Hockey Federation. In addition, Bad Tolz hosted the Inline Hockey World Championship in 2004.

Curling

The men's team of the EC Bad Tölz won in 1968, 1969, 1971, 1973 and 1975 to 1977 the German championship in curling.
