ECA International

ECA International is a consulting firm, the company provides information required for international assignments of employees - for example, cost of living, salary structures or to the quality of life in the world up to 370 locations. In addition, ECA International advises its clients on organizational matters relating to such overseas assignments ( Expatriate Management) and helps to develop appropriate deployment processes. The abbreviation ECA stands for " Employment Conditions Abroad " (Eng.: employment abroad).

History

ECA International was founded in 1971 by various international companies to facilitate the mutual exchange of HR- related information. Currently, ECA International has been working for more than 1,500 companies.

Its partners include, among others, the German bank, Robert Bosch, Fujitsu Services, Heineken, Philips and Rolls -Royce.
