Éclair

In a Éclair [ eklɛʀ ] (French, dt: Lightning ), referred to in Germany as love bones, rabbit's foot or coffee bar is an elongated, glazed and filled pastry from choux paste. The filling can consist of strawberry, raspberry, coffee, chocolate, vanilla cream, cream or custard. They are often coated with fondant or icing.
