Eddie Hubble

John Edgar " Eddie" Hubble ( born April 6, 1928 in Santa Barbara, California) is an American jazz trombonist.

Hubble learned trumpet from his father, trombonist and Los Angeles studio musicians Harriss Hubble. In high school, he had a band with his school friend Bob Wilber. In 1944 he moved to New York City, where he played with Buddy Rich, Doc Evans, Alvino Rey and Eddie Condon as well as from the end of the 1940s with his own bands. In 1952 he took under his own name for Savoy Records on ( Jazz at Storyville ). In 1953, he played Dixieland with The Six in the 1960s with Muggsy Spanier, with his own bands in Ohio and Connecticut in the 1970s with The World's Greatest Jazz Band of Yank Lawson Bob Haggart and.
