Eduardo Ramos (footballer)

Eduardo Ramos Escobedo ( born November 8, 1949 in Mazatlán, Sinaloa ) is a former Mexican football player who acted as a central defender and stood at Deportivo Toluca and Guadalajara under contract.

Career

Eduardo Ramos made ​​his professional debut in 1968 for Deportivo Toluca, moved to Guadalajara in 1977 and finished his career there in 1981.

His international debut was Ramos on February 19, 1971, when he appeared as a substitute in a friendly match against the Soviet Union ( 0-0). His international debut full-length, he played in a comparison with the GDR (0-0 ) on 18 August 1971. Overall Ramos came up with 38 international appearances and he was also taken into account in the Mexican national squad which traveled to the 1978 World Cup to Argentina. There he played the first two games against Tunisia (1:3) and Germany ( 0:6 ), which was also his last international match.
