Edward Chamberlin

Edward Hastings Chamberlin ( born May 18, 1899 in La Conner, Washington, † July 16, 1967 in Cambridge, Massachusetts ) was a teaching at Harvard University, American economist.

In his work, The Theory of monopolistic competition Chamberlin believes that the real market between the models of competition and monopoly is. Like Robinson he has thus greatly influenced the neoclassical price theory.
