Edward Dicey

Edward James Stephen Dicey ( MAY 1832 in Claybrook Hall, Leicestershire; † July 7, 1911 ) was an English journalist and essayist.

Dicey studied at Trinity College, Cambridge, and got there in 1854 the Bachelor. He wrote articles for the newspaper, among others, Fortnightly Review, and the Daily Telegraph for which he has been traveling as a correspondent in various European countries. In 1870, he took over for three months, the editorial staff of the Daily News. A moment later he was editor until 1889 for the The Observer.
