Edy Schütz

Edy Schütz ( born May 15, 1941 in Tétange, CdZ area Luxembourg ) is a Luxembourgian road racing cyclist. By winning the queen stage of the 2006 Tour de France to L' Alpe d' Huez Fränk Schleck by Schütz was the last Luxembourg cyclist, who won a stage of the Tour de France ( 1966 in Chamonix ).

Today Edy contactor operates a bike shop in Dudelange ( Luxembourg ). 2010 was the 16th edition of the race, " La Randonnee Edy contactor", a public races, where the namesake participates itself and its proceeds will be donated to good causes.
