Eferding District

The district Eferding is a district in Hausruckviertel in Upper Austria north of catfish.

The District Commission Eferding took in 1907 on its activities after the city Eferding since 1899 tried to set up the same. The district was created by territorial cession to the District Commission catfish and formed from the judicial districts Waizenkirchen and Eferding. As early as 1912, however, the majority of the district court Waizenkirchen to the Gries district churches was ceded. In the Nazi period, the district Eferding was dissolved and the area added to the Gries district churches. 1945, the district Eferding was restored.

Administrative divisions

The district Eferding divided into twelve communities: a city ( Vienna), three market towns and eight municipalities. The population figures are from 1 January 2013.

  • M = center of the municipality
  • Stt = district
  • R = Rotte
  • W = hamlet
  • D = village
  • ZH = Scattered houses
  • Sdlg = settlement
  • E = bowery (only if they have their own locality code)
