Efraín Velarde (2012 )
Efraín Velarde ( born April 18, 1986 in Mexico City) is a Mexican football player at the position of the defender.
Life
Since the beginning of his professional career in the 2003/04 season Velarde is at his hometown club Club Universidad Nacional under contract. Since the season 2006/ 07 Velarde is a regular player and won twice actively with the Pumas Mexican championship ( Apertura 2009 and Clausura 2011), after he was already in the reserves for both squads champion teams of 2004 ( Clausura 2004 and Apertura 2004).
His debut in the dress of the Mexican national team celebrated Velarde 4 September 2011 in a 1-0 win against Chile.
