Egypt men's national volleyball team

The Egyptian national volleyball team of men is a selection of the best Egyptian player, who represents the Egyptian volleyball Federation in international tournaments and international matches.

History

World cup

In the first part in a volleyball World Cup in Egypt came in 17th place. Four years later there was a 23rd place. After the missed one tournament in 1982 was 1986 Fourteenth of sixteen teams. 1998 and 2002 there were the places 20 and 19 during the 2006 World Cup in the first round of Egypt difference. The best result was achieved in 2010 with 13th place

Olympic games

1984 Los Angeles Egypt was represented for the first time in the Olympic Games and finished tenth. For the Games in 2000 the Egyptians cut a square off worse. Beijing 2008 they separated from winless after the first round and occupied eleventh place.

African Cup of Nations

World League

Egypt took first time in 2006 at the World League and was eliminated in the preliminary round part of. 2007 and 2008, the Egyptians were not also a 13 square. In 2010 they finished in 14th place
