Eidgenössische Sammlung

The Swiss collection was one of Switzerland and part of the front movement political party.

The Swiss collection was the direct successor to the National Front, a party related to Nazism in the 1930s in Switzerland. After its dissolution in the spring of 1940, the Frontists founded under their leader Robert Tobler in the same summer, the Federal Collection.

The party called for an " adjustment " of the Swiss policy with that of the Axis powers. After the fall of France in June 1940 Switzerland was completely surrounded by fascist and Nazi states.

The Swiss collection was supervised by the State because of strong and could hardly develop freely. In June 1943, the Federal Police finally forbade the Federal collection together with their sub-groups.
