The aboveground construction began shortly thereafter.

The building houses offices, shops and other facilities, as well as the second floor of a recreation park will be located. The architecture of the building, which was designed by Gibbs Gage Architects, will resemble the Rocky Mountains. The building is connected to Calgary's inner city skywalk pedestrian crossing.
