Eil Malk
Eil Malk or Mecherchar is the main island of Mecherchar Islands, an archipelago in the western Pacific island nation of Palau. Located 23 kilometers southwest of Koror near the eastern reef of Palau.
The densely forested island has roughly the shape of a Y, up to 6 km long and 4.5 km wide. The surface area is 9.1 km ². On Eil Malk there are more than ten marine lakes, of which the Jellyfish Lake in the southeast of the island is the most famous.
