A Villa in Tuscany is the title of an ARD television series that deals with the experiences of the German family thunder from Freising in her cottage in Tuscany.

General

The series was produced on behalf of ARD station SWF and SDR and the DRS of the TV 2000. The director was in all episodes Gabi Kubach according to the scripts by Sylvia Ulrich. Send beginning of the series was on January 2, 1991. Two seasons were produced with a total of 23 episodes. The series was repeated in the 1990s and after 2000 more times on the regional programs of ARD and in the morning session of the First, most recently in 2005. The title is erroneously stated in many sources as a house in Tuscany.

Location in Germany, among other Freising, the residence of the Donner Family ( car registration FS). Many scenes may not be located in Freising. Exceptions are the Dom -Gymnasium ( school Beas ) and the archway on the way up to the Cathedral Hill ( scene in episode 10). The highway driving Nevio to Freising is authentic.
