The Eipenke in the resin is about 3.5 km long left tributary of the east and orographic Söse near Osterode in the district of Osterode am Harz in Lower Saxony.

Course

The Eipenke rises in the Upper Harz Harz nature park. Your source is located south of Sösestausees and east of Osterode am Harz in the southwest foothills of the ridge On the field ( 865.1 m) between the northern Wüstentalskopf (approx. 540 m) and the southern shingle head (about 629 m) to about 445 m ü. NN. It flows westward through the Osteroder city forest and ends after passing the southern Sösekopfs (also called Sösenkopf; 423.1 m) at Osterode district Scheersberg to around 255 m above sea level. NN in the Rhume inflow Söse.
