Eivind Bolle

Eivind Albin Andreas Bolle ( born October 13, 1923 in Hol, Nordland, † 10 June 2012) was a Norwegian politician Arbeiderpartiet (Ap).

Life

Bolle worked as a fisherman since 1938 and later steward in various fisheries organizations. His political career began in 1963 when he was elected as the candidate of Arbeiderpartiet a member of the local council of Vestvågøy. In addition, he was 1965-1973 Member of the executive committee of the Norwegian Fishing Association ( Norges Fiskarlag ).

After he was 1969-1973 substitute member of the Storting, he was in 1973 for the Ap Member of the Storting and represented in this until 1985 Nordland. In addition, he was 1972-1973 and mayor of the municipality Vestvågøy.

On October 16, 1973 Bolle has been appointed by Minister Trygve Bratteli as fisheries minister in the second government and held this ministerial office until 14 October 1981 and was in the following Government by Minister of State Odvar Nordli and in the first Cabinet of Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland.

Last Eiving Bolle was between 1984 and 1988 Chairman of the Arbeiderpartiet in the province of Nordland.
