Ekaterina Dafovska

Ekaterina Dafowska ( Bulgarian Екатерина Дафовска; born November 28, 1975 in Chepelare ) is a former Bulgarian biathlete.

Ekaterina Dafowska each won bronze over the same distance at the 1998 Olympic Winter Games in Nagano gold over 15 km and at the 1995 World Championships in Antholz and 1997 in Osrblie. In the World Cup they could decide for themselves, their best finish in the overall World Cup was the fourth place in the 2002/03 season to February 2005, five races. She is married and in 2000 their son was born. In 2006, after her fourth Olympics, she finished her career. Then they opened a hotel. Since May 2010 she is president of the Bulgarian Biathlon Federation.
