Ekaterini Voggoli

Aikaterini Vongoli (Greek Αικατερίνη Βόγγολη, also Aikaterini Voggoli; born October 30, 1970 in Larissa ) is a retired Greek discus thrower.

It was in 1989 for the first time Greek champion and could this success in 1990, 1998, 2001, 2003 and 2004 repeat. Together with their long time rival Anastasia Kelesidou they improved the Greek record of 57 meters to 67 meters. Since 2004 Vongoli holds the record with 67.72 meters Greek, which they surpassed Kelesidous record from 1999 by two centimeters.
