Ekpe Udoh

Ekpedeme " Ekpe " Friday Udoh ( born May 20, 1987 in Edmond, Oklahoma ) is an American professional basketball player who is currently with the Milwaukee Bucks in the NBA under contract.

Career

College

He played three seasons in college, two for the Michigan University and one for Baylor University. As a sophomore, he was elected to the Big 12 All-Defensive Team. In his junior season (third in college ), he was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year and called to the Big 12 All- Rookie Team. When he joined the NBA from college, he had been able to achieve an average of 8.4 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 103 college games.

NBA

Due to a wrist injury Udoh could not play in an NBA game until 11 December 2010. On this day, he made his debut against the Miami Heat. He came off the bench with three minutes remaining and scored 2 points. On March 13, 2012 Udoh was traded along with Monta Ellis and Kwame Brown in exchange for Andrew Bogut and Stephen Jackson to the Milwaukee Bucks.
