Eleonore of Fürstenberg

Eleonore von Fürstenberg ( born October 11, 1523 † June 23, 1544 in Buchsweiler ) was a daughter of Count Friedrich III. Von Furstenberg. On August 22, 1538, she married in Heiligenberg Count Philip IV of Hanau- Lichtenberg. From this marriage emerged:

Eleonore was convinced Protestant, had on the process of change denomination in the county of Hanau -Lichtenberg but because of her early death hardly influence. She died, only 20 years old, in childbirth, and was buried in the Abbey of St. Adelphi in Neuweiler.
