Elvana Gjata
Elvana Gjata [ Elvana ɟata ] (born 3 February 1987 in Tirana) is a singer, songwriter, dancer and model from Albania. With its R & B -style music she is currently shaping an entire generation of young Albanian singers. You already received numerous prizes and awards, and their music is especially popular with boys.
Life
Elvana went in the Albanian capital Tirana in the middle school Partizan. Her sister Migena, who is also a singer realized early Elvanas talent for singing. Her father Fatmir support his two daughters very much in their careers. He is an officer in the Albanian army.
Elvanas singing career began very early. In 2001, she won the children's song festival Festivali i zërave të R inj with the song Te këndojmë së bashku ( Let's sing together) in third place. This price them motivated to keep going. So she took part in the spectacle Kërkohet nje yll, in which she performed the songs Laura Pausinis.
Supported by father Elvana participated in the first episode of the television spectacle Ethet e së premtes mbrëma part of the public service broadcaster of Albania RTSH where they came among the top ten participants and the final. The festival paved her the way for her career. In just one night, Gjata sang into the hearts of the audience and became a celebrity.
After Spektaktel she sang a duet at the National Folklore Event of TV Klan Maratona e këngës popullore dhe qytetare with the band The Dreams. On this occasion, the duo made it to the finals. At that time, the public also discovered Elvanas talent for singing of folk songs.
In 2006 Elvana participated at the popular festival Kenga Magjike in which they ( God knows Only ) with their self-composed song Vetëm zoti e di landed in the top five. The song was a collaboration with the producers Flori Mumajesi and Andy DJ, Manager of Radio Energy in Tirana, where all of their previous songs were recorded.
2008 their first album was released with the same name Mames from coupled single. Another big hit was Te dy ( Both ), also published in 2008. Elvana Gjata largely thanks to these two songs today so its great popularity in the Albanian music scene.
On 16 June 2008 Vetës, the first single from the new album AFER & Larg appeared out (near and far).
Published in 2009 Elvana two clips by pressing the Enter Media Productions Prishtina: Nuk Jane Me ( you are not ) with R & B -style music trains and Future HiTech with pop influences. The first recorded few success, whereas the second is increased to a great summer hit. At the end of the summer of 2009, the singer released her third single this year, Turn U On, which ran for weeks in the Albanian charts. The Balkan Music Awards, which took place for the first time in Sofia in 2010, the single reached number 3 among the best songs from Albania.
In the tenth episode of Kenga Magjike she joined in 2009 with Dhe zemra NDAL ( And the heart stops beating ) and made it to second place.
Elvana Gjata 2010 occurred ( a heart Have ) in the music industry with Mamani nejen (feat. Fugaa ) and A Ke Ti Zemer. By Mamani nejen the formerly less known Kosovar rapper Fugaa gained great fame itself.
Elvana Gjata adopted in June 2011 at the Hard Top 8 with the ballad- like single Me Ty ( With you ) and was able to win the top award for Best Actress. End of the month appeared Kudo qe jam ( No matter where I am ), again a co-production with Flori Mumajesi, and afer dhe larg (near and far), the count next to Te Dy and Mames to the greatest hits Elvana Gjatas. Afer dhe larg has also been nominated as one of five Albanian contributions for the Balkan Music Awards 2012, which took place on 16 June 2012.
In August 2011, she released the name of their second album: AFER & Larg ( near and far ); but some of it coupled singles were released as mentioned already in 2009.
On April 28, 2012 Elvana Gjata was familiar with the video for their song Gjaku in ( My blood). The song was written to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the independence of Albania in 2012. It is about oppression and discrimination of Albanians during its history, but also of hope and a better future. Gjata has experienced great success with the Gjaku Especially with patriots. According to Elvana Gjata flowed at the filming of the video really blood. The song has pop-rock music like trains.
