Emel Mathlouthi

Emel Mathlouthi ( born January 11, 1982 in Tunis, Tunisia ) is a singer- songwriter who is due to its commitment to the Tunisian revolution also known as " the voice of the Jasmine Revolution ."

Mathlouthi grew up in Ibn Sida.

She was a finalist in the first edition of the RMC in 2006 in the Middle East. During the Tunisian revolution between 2010 and 2011 it was in Tunisia, and gave numerous concerts there. Then they supported from the battle of France. In January 2012, she released her first studio album called Kelmti horra (Arabic for My Word is free).
