Emmanuel Pappoe

Emmanuel Addoquaye Pappoe ( born March 3, 1981 in Accra ) is a Ghanaian football player.

By 2003 Pappoe played the Ghanaian capital club Liberty Professionals. Then he joined the Israeli Ligat ha- al, the first Israeli League for FC Ashdod. After two years as a regular player who ended up with the third place and UEFA Cup qualification, leaving the defender Ashdod. He joined the newly promoted Hapoel Kfar Saba and managed with the club in 2006 in the league.

Addoquaye Pappoe went through the youth teams of his country and in 2001 he was captain of the U- 21 team of Ghana, which took second place at the World Junior Championships in Argentina. On 19 October 2002, he then ran to the first time for the Ghanaian national team, where he is a fixture in defense and has recorded 29 missions so far. In addition to the Olympic football tournament in Athens in 2004 and the African Cup of Nations 2006, his biggest tournament has been the Football World Cup 2006 in Germany. Even in qualifying, he played all ten games and stood as a left-back in the World Cup squad in Ghana, where he once came in the group stage against Italy and once in the second round against Brazil for use.
