Encyclopedia Mythica

The encyclopedia Mythica is an English language Internet-based encyclopedia of folklore, mythology and religion. It includes the mythologies of the world and is divided into six geographical sections: Africa, America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Oceania. It was founded as a website with about 300 entries in June 1995. Since January 2013, it offers more than 7000 products. Founder and publisher of the Dutch Micha F. Lindemans. According to the information on the website further five authors provide contributions.
