Epimenides (crater)

Epimenides is an impact crater in southwestern lunar front side, east of the crater Hainzel, southwest of Lacus Timoris. The crater is moderately eroded and irregular shape of the crater rim.

The crater was officially named by the IAU in 1935 after the Greek philosopher Epimenides.
