Epsiprantel is inserted in veterinary medicine drug from the group of the quinoline derivatives, which is used as an antiparasitic agent against tapeworms. The mechanism of action is unknown, it probably acts similarly to praziquantel. In contrast to this epsiprantel is hardly absorbed.
