Erin Wasson

Erin Wasson ( born January 20, 1982 in Irving, Texas) is an American model.

Life

Erin Wasson's ancestors came from Ireland. Her career began when she was "discovered" by winning a junior competition model agency Kim Dawson in Dallas and immediately received a contract.

Three years later she was already at the Frühjahrs-/Sommerschauen of Balenciaga, Cacharel, Costume National, Eric Bergere, Givenchy and haute couture show by Valentino. In 2001, she was involved in the Herbst-/Wintersaison almost 40 fashion shows and opened the defilee of Gucci. With major international fashion shows, she ran for such well-known designers such as Armani, Balenciaga, Cavalli, Gucci and Karl Lagerfeld.

This became known Erin Wasson appeared then on title pages, in stories and photo shoots of many major fashion magazines such as Vogue (in several countries expenditure), Harper's Bazaar, Numéro, Esquire and Elle.

She also worked for renowned photographers such as Steven Meisel, Mario Testino, Peter Lindbergh, Patrick Demarchelier, Michael Thompson, David Sims, Richard Burbridge and Ellen von Unwerth. Karl Lagerfeld mugged for the Pirelli Calendar 2011.

Fashion, jewelry and cosmetics company they booked for advertising campaigns. In the lingerie show of Victoria 's Secret, she ran in 2007.

Wasson is also active as a stylist, fashion designer and actress. Alexander Wang hired her as a stylist for some of his fashion shows. In spring 2008, Wasson brought their own fashion jewelery on the market in spring 2009, a fashion line in collaboration with surf and skate fashion label.

In Sofia Coppola's film Somewhere Wasson played a supporting role in a party girl. In the fall of 2008, she appeared along with Justin Timberlake as part of a multimedia campaign for the fashion label William Rast, and also in some of Jonas Akerlund rotated commercials. In 2012 she played the vampire Vadoma in the movie Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.

Erin Wasson lives in Santa Monica, California.
