Eriprando Visconti

Eriprando Visconti (* September 24, 1932 in Milan, † 25 May 1995 Mortara ) was an Italian film director.

After commercial works such as The Nun of Monza ( with Anne Heywood and Hardy Krüger), the sensational thriller alone against the law ( with Paola Pitagora and Terence Hill ) and the Adventure Michael Strogoff ( with John Phillip Law and Mimsy Farmer ), he joined in 1977 briefly the legacy of his uncle Luchino Visconti and directed the bourgeoisie epic Una spirale di nebbia ( with Claude Jade and Duilio del Prete ). It remained his only outstanding film, the critics, however, see in particular as a testament of his uncle. Other works such as La Orca and Malamore had strong speculative elements, leaving no lasting impression.
